UNITY FABRICATORS PVT.LTD. Established in the year 1974 is
committed to manufacture and execute various types of Fabrication and Machining & Integration jobs as per standards with the help of a well established quality management system, trained personnel and good working environment.

Our group was founded in 1974 by Mr. VITTAL RAI B.E.(MECH) himself a TECHNOCRAT with vast experience in fabrication. Mrs. Asha Rai a graduate of Mumbai University plays a key role in the accounting side of the group.

Mrs Shreeyanka Rai B.E computer science heads the automation & projects side of the group. 

Mr. Vickram Rai B.E. mech with his team of well qualified & dedicated team of engineers has developed  precision machining business in 1995.

Our expertise in welding critical jobs is unmatched. We carry
out Aluminium welding for special material like 6061T6 & 5083 by TIG & MIG processes with state of the art pulsating inverter-based machines. Filler wires used for aluminium welding are ER4043, ER5356, ER 5556.
We have a separate covered area for Aluminium & SS 304, SS316 fabrication to avoid contamination.
Mild Steel welding is done by E7018-1 Electrode with proper pre & post-weld treatment.

We also undertake heavy-duty and precision special-purpose machine building activities to suit the needs of the customers. We have got qualified trained managerial, Supervisory staff and experienced workforce to carry out the jobs. All our instruments and machines are calibrated by N.A.B.L accredited laboratories.
